Our mission with this program is to contribute to positive change in the world through developing conscious female leaders, with an emphasis on character building and community building. We believe we can serve communities on land and sea through empowering the upcoming generation of conscious leaders.

June 24th - July 1st, 2024
This immersive, experiential style of programming is centered around leadership education, with the intention of giving you the knowledge and skills to become the optimal version of yourself as a conscious leader. Like any high quality expedition, planning and preparation are key. The Leadership Expedition curriculum begins before participants arrive, with virtual meetups and exercises that will help them reflect on what it means to lead and to be a conscious leader.
Cost is $2500, which includes boat accommodations, leadership training, and food for the entirety of trip.
